
About the organisation
Assistive and Learning Technology Association Limited was established in 2014. It consists of members from different professionals who promote the use of assistive and learning technology. Through different community education, let the public understand assistive and learning technology, and enable the community to make good use of assistive technology (AT) and learning technology (LT) to improve the quality of life. The association officially became a charity Ref. 91/14193 in 2015. Our Goals - Promote the use of Assistive and Learning Technology by society, schools, institutions, families and individuals. - Research and development of applied technology to promote learning and help people with special needs. - Raise public awareness and share knowledge on assisting and learning the latest developments in technology. - Promote cooperation in the development of assistive science and technology related to rehabilitation for the special learning needs of regional peers. - Promote collaboration between academics, schools, non-governmental organizations, medical and rehabilitation institutions and the public on the use of assistive and learning technologies.
