About the organisation
The E-learning for Inclusive Education Association (ELFIE) is a non-profit organization that promotes the use of technology to enhance special education in Hong Kong. They aim to provide equal learning opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities and integrate e-learning into special education. ELFIE also emphasizes collaboration with other organizations and the creation of shared teaching materials. Some of their projects include the “Special School Textbook Digitization Project” and the development of the RainbowStar e-learning platform.
