About the organisation
The HKCCC, founded in 1926, is a registered non-profit-making Christian organization providing caring & social services in Ho Man Tin since 2005 by Grace Neibourhood Centre & Elderly Activity Centre.
Mission
By the two Centres, we devote to the fulfillment of physical, cognitive, social-emotional and spiritual development of the families in Ho Man Tin area in the name of Jesus Christ, aim at building a mutual supporting & harmonic community and encourage the elders to embrace their abundant lives.
