About the organisation
HKCN operates the Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities in Kwai Tsing District (LINK Centre), the Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities in New Territories East (IDEA Centre) & Social Inclusion Centre in Shatin District (WE Centre).
Mission
We aim to provide integrated social services for the ethnic minorities and their families, to develop their potential and productivity, help them to build up a social network to develop their business or career and to reduce the risk of poverty, and assist them to integrate into Hong Kong society. For echoing to the needs of communities, HKCN has developed to provide services for various social vulnerable groups.
