About the organisation
香港西區婦女福利會於1955年成立，先後開辦幼兒園、幼稚園、老人中心、小學，與保良局合辦小學、與東華三院合辦護養安老院及舉辦多項青少年活動，以達至扶老攜幼、為婦女謀福利及培育青少年之宗旨。作為慈善團體， 本會積極參與賑災扶貧活動。 為促進會務發展，經常與各地婦女團體舉辦交流活動，吸取經驗。
