- The Foundation was established by a group of concerned volunteers to assist children with disabilities in China. Most of these volunteers have social work, special education and rehabilitation backgrounds. It was incorporated under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance in 2007 as a non-profit organisation. We ensure all the funds are used for the children. Our vision: To enable children with disabilities to rise and walk and become independent. Our mission: To facilitate the holistic development of children with neurological impairment through rehabilitation, education and social integration.
