We take an inclusive and strengths-based approach to youth development through: Multicultural and inclusive tools and perspectives Harnessing and amplifying the strengths of each youth Focusing on aspirations, purpose, and self-growth Through collaborations with key industry players, youths are provided with career guidance and mentorship, tips for successful interviews and CV writing. Most importantly, DLAP initiatives facilitate networking opportunities that enable the aspiring youths to meet with potential employers in a less intimidating environment; —
