E & S Charity Foundation Limited is a non-profit charity organization jointly established by Ms. Cai Zhuhong and Mr. Ou Hongliang.
Hongliang is committed to promoting community services that integrate faith, culture and education and provide public benefits through charity activities, helping disadvantaged groups in society, regularly donating food to low-income families; participating in community voluntary performances and fundraising work; and training volunteers for free.
