- Building on the fundamental belief that young people are vital to the future development of a society, EFA devotes its effort to help the younger generation to identify, recognize and develop their strength and potential, hoping that a broader and deeper self-understanding can help them to realize what they are able to do for the society. Cultivating a generation of “Servant Leaders” is what EFA strives to accomplish. Since its establishment, EFA has served more than 10,000 youngsters aged between 13 and 19 with the support of our volunteers.
