- 本會於1994年4月成立，是母會 十字架山浸信會 其中一個分會。當時，由湯傳道帶領約六十位肢體（包括兩個團契：約瑟團及基甸團，及其他有擴堂心志的弟兄姊妹），並得到 中國浸信會神學院 慷慨借出學院的地方供本會使用，在學院的舊址，大角咀福全街17號福康大樓開始崇拜及團契的聚會。幾個月後，適逢另一分會 沐恩浸信會 需要發展及將其會址（界限街4-10號福群大廈1B室）售回給母會，因此，本會得到母會無私的饋贈，於1995年1月開始在上址聚會，並於1997年4月正式獨立成為 頌恩浸信會，而福群大廈就成為教會的註冊會址。期間，呂姑娘加入本會任職傳道人。在短短的三年間，我們從無會址到有固定的會址，從一位傳道人到兩位傳道人，當中實在滿有神的恩典！ 實踐行動 - 透過聚會引領基督徒以心靈和誠實敬拜神 - 教導基督徒聖經真理，使能全面裝備，活出基督之樣式 - 促進在信徒之間，以兄弟的愛互相關顧及彼此服侍之基督徒團體生活 - 由本地到世界各地，宣揚耶穌基督的福音，引領世人因相信耶穌基督而接受救恩，受浸並成為門徒 - 幫助社會及世界上有需要之人士，以彰顯基督的愛心
