- The Fong Shu Fook Tong Foundation was established by Dr. Henry Fong Yun Wah, The late Chairman of Hip Shing Hong (Holdings) Company Limited, and his late father, Mr. Fong Shu Chuen in 1977. The Fong’s Family Foundation was founded in November 1986. Both foundations are under the chairmanship of Mr. David Fong Man Hung. It is paramount to give back to society and those in need. Every year, the Fong Shu Fook Tong Foundation and Fong’s Family Foundation donate approximately 10% – 15% of the profits they make from the family business to support charitable causes across Hong Kong and Mainland China. With an aim to give back to society and make it a better place, the donations are used mainly in education, elderly and children caring services, medical services, poverty alleviation and other charitable causes.
