Since 2014, it has operated in 17 regions worldwide, benefiting over 91,000 participants. Generation Hong Kong was established in 2018, focusing on aligning education with employment in Hong Kong and creating meaningful career pathways for young people and mid-career individuals. The training programs at Generation Hong Kong cover three high-demand sectors: innovative technology, elder care, and customer service. Talent shortages are not an issue that can be solved by one organization alone; therefore, we have been closely collaborating with partners from various sectors, including donors, employers, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations, to meet the needs of Hong Kong’s labor market.
