- The Gifted Education Council was established in 1988. It aims to promote gifted education and training of gifted & talented children. In the following year, it was registered as a charitable non-profit association with the registration number 91/3096. We believe that everyone has talent. As long as he/she is properly nutured, there are no limits for any child’s future. This council established the Hong Kong Mathematical Olympiad School and the Hong Kong Choir of Outstanding Children. It started up G.T. (Ellen Yeung) College, G.T. College Mong Kok (Chi Kit Campus) and so on, helping society to train talented individuals on a long-term basis. The council has organised large-scale educational activities which have benefited more than 10, 000 students and parents.
