The Marlborough College (Hong Kong) Foundation Limited is a registered charity in Hong Kong. It is established to promote the advancement of education including but not limited to the advancement and promotion of learning at Marlborough College in the United Kingdom including : (a) to make donations and gifts to Marlborough College; (b) to provide fellowships, scholarships, bursaries and grants to enable deserving persons to benefit from an education at Marlborough College; (c) to establish and maintain, to grant endowments or donations to and to support or assist in the establishment and maintenance of, libraries, laboratories and any other facilities in Marlborough College; (d) to endow one or more academic developments in Marlborough College; (e) to promote the advancement of education in music, art and sports in Marlborough College by : (i) organizing occasional events of a musical, artistic, sporting or cultural nature with Marlborough College’s collaboration; and (ii) promoting useful exchanges between Marlborough College and schools and other academic institutions in Hong Kong.
