Human Services本會於1994年4月成立，是母會 十字架山浸信會 其中一個分會。當時，由湯傳道帶領約六十位肢體（包括兩個團契：約瑟團及基甸團，及其他有擴堂心志的弟兄姊妹），並得到 中國浸信會神學院 慷慨借出學院的地方供本會使用，在學院的舊址，大角咀福全街17號福康大樓開始崇拜及團契的聚會。幾個月後，適逢另一分會 沐恩浸信會 需要發展及將其會址（界限街4-10號福群大廈1B室）售回給母會，因此，本會得到母會無私的饋贈，於1995年1月開始在上址聚會，並於1997年4月正式獨立成為 頌恩浸信會，而福群大廈就成為教會的註冊會址。期間，呂姑娘加入本會任職傳道人。在短短的三年間，我們從無會址到有固定的會址，從一位傳道人到兩位傳道人，當中實在滿有神的恩典！ 實踐行動 - 透過聚會引領基督徒以心靈和誠實敬拜神 - 教導基督徒聖經真理，使能全面裝備，活出基督之樣式 - 促進在信徒之間，以兄弟的愛互相關顧及彼此服侍之基督徒團體生活 - 由本地到世界各地，宣揚耶穌基督的福音，引領世人因相信耶穌基督而接受救恩，受浸並成為門徒 - 幫助社會及世界上有需要之人士，以彰顯基督的愛心
Evangelize China Fellowship Chai Wan Maan Shin Church Limited
Human Services早在19世紀末葉，英國差會—–倫敦傳道會已派宣教士來華傳道。1899年宣教士祈理信牧師和師母抵達廣州，於上西關西華路萬善里(後以此命名萬善堂)創立佈道所，先後有譚秉剛先生、梁偉持先生負責堂務。 不久地方不敷應用，遂於蘆荻西巷50號的舊庵堂園地，重新改建為禮拜堂，定名為中華基督教會萬善堂。1924年聖誕節舉行獻堂禮，1935年原職接生護士，其後獻身全職事奉的余博文姐妹擔任萬善堂女傳道一職，後由李胡秀珍姊妹接任。 31年李啟榮牧師被推舉出任中華基督教會東江區區牧，也是該會廣東協會東江區宗教教育幹事。萬善堂既屬於中華基督教會，李牧師須牧養萬善堂信徒。 33年春季李牧師就任堂牧，全心牧養萬善堂，他擅長全人關顧，既及靈魂，也及身體，受惠者眾，自此萬善堂日漸興旺，增長迅速。不但主日崇拜人數擠擁，而且開辦中小學及幼稚園、童光院(孤兒院)、即使在抗日年間，環境艱難，仍不斷贈醫藥、施粥飯、興學校、澤孤兒。 抗戰勝利，以至大陸政權易手，李牧師伉儷南來香港，萬善堂在廣州的聖工遂完成歷史責任，有待重現光彩。

HealthEvangel Hospital opened its doors to serve the community in 1950s. The Hospital began as a joint project of the Evangelical Free Church of China and the Evangelical Free Church of America. The medical ministry started as a medical centre in the Kowloon City area. The Hospital moved to its existing site in 1965 and was formally named the Evangel Hospital. A Board consisting of members appointed by the Evangelical Free Church of China is responsible for the overall operation of the Hospital. The objective of the Hospital is to demonstrate the compassion of God through the provision of holistic care by ministering to serve the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the whole person. The Hospital provides quality health care services in the spirit of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Human Services自1905年開始，位於中國華中地區(包括河南、湖北、湖南、陝西四省)的豫中總會，其所屬美國奧古斯坦納差會，委派易德文夫婦來華，在河南中部開始傳福音工作。直至1949年為止，該會已有受洗信徒七千多人。 記敘以上一段事蹟，為要帶出永生堂的成立和發展與它們有著一定的歷史淵源。以下便是永生堂歷年的大事簡記，盼望能閱讀本文的朋友，對這個上帝的家－永生堂有一概略的認識和了解。 1952 : 朱蒙恩師母於李鄭屋村傳福音，堂會名稱為「基督教香港信義會李鄭屋村禮 拜堂」。 1953 : 屈金山長老任職傳道及平民識字班校長。 1956 : 何榮輝長老任職傳道。 1957 : 本堂申辦了天台小學。 1959 : 香港信義會總會接納本堂成為香港信義會轄下之會員堂會。 1962 : 本堂改名為「永生堂」。 1963 : 聘請高潔謙教士為女傳道。 1965 : 遷堂至保安道。 1967 : 王靜濤教師按立為牧師。 1968 : 推行自立自養計劃。 1974 : 天台小學停辦。 1976 : 搬入新堂址 : 醫局街 128-132 號金輝樓四樓聚會。（即現址） 1977 : 文德惠牧師任本堂助理牧師。 1986 : 聘請本堂實習神學生柯尊輝為本堂教師。 1987 : 王靜濤牧師榮休。 1989 : 柯尊輝教師被按立為牧師。 1993 : 王靜濤牧師主懷安息。 2001 : 柯尊輝牧師辭職，白德生牧師為暫代牧師牧養本堂。 2004 : 聘請鄧振成先生為本堂教師。 2006 : 鄧振成教師辭職。 2007 : 林德皓牧師擔任本堂聖禮牧師。 2008 : 馬漢欽牧師擔任本堂聖禮牧師。同年吳玉芬教師到任。 2011 : 吳玉芬教師按立為牧師，聘請李家強先生為本堂教師。 2012 : 本堂 60 週年堂慶。
