EducationReligion Related迦密山堂的出現，源於1964年基督教興學會創辦人金新宇牧師的異象：創立基督教學校，實踐藉教育傳揚福音，既為青少年提供良好的教育，並同時灌輸聖經知識，幫助同學認識救主，培養良好品德。 迦密中學創校校長張子江牧師追隨異象，身體力行；一方面教學，另一方面積極推動學校福音工作，信主學生眾多。於是，周六、日運用校內設施舉行 祈禱會、團契、崇拜等聚會活動。 經過多年準備功夫，1977年張校長連同校內老師正式開始主日學及主日崇拜，1979年3月11日 迦密山堂正式成立，堂址設在迦密中學。 迦密山堂的成立的兩大基本原因：一是希望充分運用學校設施；二是照顧信主後因家長反對而未有教會生活的學生，學生在周末回學校聚會可得家長信任。 昔日信主的學生們，現已成為迦密山堂的核心成員，他們不忘使命，帶領教會承傳創會的異象。

Religion RelatedIt was the Sunday after Christmas day in 2009, when a group Christians belonging to COGCHK executed the long planned Outreach service in a rented room in Shatin Community center. Due to no regular slot in renting the place for a long term use, the team has no choice but to worship publicly inside the Shatin park for many months. Rain or shine, cold or hot weather did not stop them in giving God glory. And close to a year, God blessed them with a residential place in Shatin to home the Worship for a year and eventually moved to Fotan, occupying an Industrial place. The COGCHK (Society) was renamed to CICOG (Society) and became a Limited company under Hong Kong law. During this transition period of name changes, the Fotan group remains as most active and united Outreach of CICOG. Until this year 2017, the Leadership of Fotan Outreach requested to be a stand alone Church and that's reports directly to the Regional Superintendent and this Idea was supported by Bro Tommy Smith. The moving out of Fotan group was given Blessing of release and the following day (Sunday - Feb 12 2017) the ActsWorkshop was born. This was the initial name by the newly established Church, however after several consultation and support given by the COG family, the group decided to adopt the Church of God World Missions (Ministries) to align with globally accepted COG name. To further strengthen the relationship of this newly born church with its root in the Philippines, the COG Philippines Logo (we Exalt You Jesus) was incorporated (with permission) in its church name. By the grace of God, the Hong Kong government approved the incorporation of the Church of God World Missions (Ministries) Limited or COGWMHKG under certificate # 2527469 and Business Certificate # 67674010-000-04-17-2 last April 13 2017.

Public and Societal BenefitReligion Related本堂(中華基督教會油塘梁發紀念禮拜堂)成立於 2005 年 10 月。 母堂(即中華基督教會梁發紀念禮拜堂)創立於主曆 1963 年 12 月 1 日，至今已超過五十年。母堂起初座落於觀塘通明街，遂開展福 音工作，同時開辦幼稚園服務社區。中華基督教會香港區會於 1965 年於觀塘成立基法小學，1965 年 2 月 25 日奠基，母堂亦於 1966 年 1 月遷入月華街 34 號並於 1 月 9 日揭幕，繼續聖工。母堂經區會命 名為「梁發紀念禮拜堂」，為的是紀念第一位被按立的中國人牧者梁 發先生，目的是要信徒效法他為主工作。 蒙主恩佑，2005 年適逢基法小學遷校油塘之際，母堂於 2005 年 10 月 2 日於油塘道 25 號(基法小學(油塘)內)拓植新堂，舉行啟 堂崇拜成立「中華基督教會油塘梁發紀念禮拜堂」，以延續母堂與基 法小學(現基法小學(油塘))多年來堂校合作之良好關係。2006 年 10 月 1 日舉行獻堂禮，蒙主分別為聖。 本堂於 2008 年 2 月 27 日註冊成為有限公司，並於 2008 年 8 月 24 日起由稅務局註冊為公共性質的慈善機構並獲豁免繳稅，並已於 2009 年 10 月 24 日獲中華基督教會香港區會正式接納為「自養堂」。 由於本區內地新移民逐年增多，亦有很多新移民加入本堂，故決定開 展內地新移民事工，遂於 2013 年 10 月開始第二堂崇拜及普通話事 工。本堂自開堂至今蒙主恩佑，各項事工順利開展。 母堂為觀塘山上之城，本堂盼為油塘之光。 本堂信仰綱要，乃秉承中華基督教會之信仰大綱: 1. 信仰基督耶穌為贖罪之救主，為教會之基礎，以基督天國普建 於世界為目的。 2. 接納舊新兩約聖經為上帝之言，由靈感而成，為吾人信仰及本 份之最高準則。 3. 承認使徒信經堪以表示正宗教會共信之要道。

Human ServicesReligion Related本堂早於1911年由倫敦傳道會〔今稱世界傳道會〕威禮士牧師所創立。當時大埔墟只是一個小漁港，交通極其不便。開基時只租用富善街某一單位為堂址，乃墟內第一間基督教教會。其後，教友人數日增，於1920年購得瑞安街物業為堂址，樓下用作聚會及興辦昆明女校，樓上用作傳道人宿舍。 其時，教會積極開展福音工作，聚會人數以漁民為多，地方不敷應用，遂興建新堂。全體教友都盡力奉獻，更有奉獻土地作堂址，興 辦學校，在多方協助下，新堂終於1950年落成。自五零年代初至七零年代末，新堂落成後三十多年來環境變遷，鄉村教友多往英國謀生，漁民亦因上岸工作而分 散各地就業，人力和財力都甚難集中，造成牧養上的重重困難。 配合中華基督教會香港區會傳道服務之使命，於1986年擴展本堂開辦之正而小學，改名為基正小學，座落於同區之富善邨。自始舊校舍改為開辦大埔堂幼稚園， 又於1987年區會在廣福邨開辦馮梁結紀念中學，本堂遂開展中學生福音事工，成立學生團契，也同時為社區提供小學生託管服務。教堂於90年完成全面重修 後，於92年在本會馮梁結紀念中學內植堂，名為廣福堂，2002年成為自養獨立堂會。2006年，配合基正小學之福音事工的發展，於校內設立富善佈道所。 本堂之成立，向以關心鄰舍街坊的福音需要，藉著提供適切的服務，讓人們認識救恩；又裝備信徒成為基督的門徒，投入事奉的行列，同心禱告，彼此服事，務求讓上帝家中的每一位兄姊得享主的恩福，帶領坊眾認識基督。

Human ServicesReligion Related沙田堂是中華基督教會灣仔堂在一九八二年所開設的分堂，最初在沙田中心租用了一間四百呎的單位來開始聚會，後來在沙田博康邨開辦一所幼稚園，一方面藉教學服務社區，另一方面彰顯神的愛和傳揚福音。 一九九四年，在沙田培英中學植堂，成立中華基督教會基禾堂。 同年，沙田堂轉為小組化的牧養模式，將全教會分作六個牧區，設立組長、區長和區牧，以求深化弟兄姊妹間的溝通和牧養，致力在我們的生活中實踐福音真理。 二零零四年，在馬灣植堂，成立中華基督教會馬灣基慧堂。 沙田堂宣言 建立一所穩健的小組教會；藉著禱告、敬拜讚美，恢復上帝在教會的地位及榮耀，讓每位信徒從屬他的小組，在小組中彼此牧養，接受裝備，在愛中建立自己，靠著聖靈的大能及恩賜，承擔主的大使命，服務社區，向不同群體為主作見証。
