Thanks to their effort, Cantonese Opera has developed into its present form. Amongst different forms of arts, Cantonese Opera truly represents Hong Kong as it is the only form of art that was developed locally and has been enjoyed by people of several generations. Thus, the status of Cantonese Opera like Japanese Noh Opera and Beijing Opera should be duly recognized and inherited by our younger generation. The Cantonese Opera Advancement Association was established in 2008 with the above vision and was registered as a non-profit making organization, with a view to promoting Chinese Opera.

We primarily employ unemployed or retired women and young females, providing them with job opportunities and skills training to help them regain their confidence and improve their quality of life. We fully understand the importance of sustainable farming and are committed to using low-sugar recipes and organic ingredients to create a variety of delicious yet healthy specialty pastries, allowing consumers and our staff to enjoy culinary delights while supporting healthier eating choices. In addition to pastry sales, we offer various skill training programs, experiential workshops, and information-sharing services aimed at preserving and promoting the precious pastry culinary culture. We believe that through the power of pastries, we can not only satisfy taste buds but also promote social change and development.

Zhilan Foundation was established in 2018. It is a private Foundation approved by Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau. The Zhilan Foundation is a grant-making foundation that promotes green poverty alleviation through endangered species protection. By providing small, flexible and long-term funding to front-line researchers and practitioners, the Qilan Foundation promotes ecological conservation, poverty reduction and sustainable development in communities. By focusing on the conservation of endangered species beyond the stars, Chinorchis hopes to provide the funding needed by real actors. Zhilan’s vision is people and other life can equally share the earth and the good life, and its mission is to achieve sustainable development through green poverty alleviation.

本堂簡史 一位美國萬國浸信會牧師，於六十年代來香港宣教，租用尖沙咀香港青年會 禮堂作聚會。 之後該牧師再到別的地區宣教，本地的聚會交由弟兄姊妹和一些神學生負責 這個雛形教會。 七六年禮堂租金提升，我們無力担付，考慮解散肢體，讓各自找尋合適教會 聚會。但上帝奇妙引導給一個地方(九龍城侯王道57號二樓)，可以租借在禮 拜日作崇拜之用，其餘日子不能租用，所以團契聚會還是無定向，然而上帝 總有預備及時供應團契聚會地點。 經過一輪漂流、分散式日子，於七七年四月上帝允許我們自置堂址(紅磡馬頭 圍道107號五樓)，約七百呎地方，所有聚會歸回一起，自始弟兄姊妹有了自 己屬靈的家，可以自由運用和發展。 一九八二年正式註冊為 [香港萬國浸信會] 至八五年三月我們又經歷上帝的引導和供應，購買了實用面積約一千七百呎的 地方直到如今。就是 紅磡 差館里41-43號 美安樓 二樓。本堂為獨立堂會，暫 未設有分堂。
