Land Education Foundation Limited
Human ServicesIn 2013, Land Education Foundation (LEF) established as an independent NGO to promote circular economy by community building and farm land preservation in Hong Kong. LEF seeks to initiate community building projects that can mobilize action to move Hong Kong towards circular economy. We aims to set an example for how the city could realize societies in harmony with nature, through promoting practices like CSA(Community Supported Agriculture) and building networks adopting production activities that are ecologically and bio-diversity friendly. Mui Wo is small rural town in Lantau with 7000 population which had a long history of farming and community industry hub. With activities such as local tours, kaifongs capacity building workshops and farming programs, LEF is building a mutual support network among kaifongs, farmers and community entrepreneurs.

Transgender Equality Hong Kong Limited
Unknown/UnclassifiedTEHK was set up to fill the activism gap, by 1) pushes Hong Kong’s law to comply with international standards of transgender rights and human rights; 2) run in a financially sustainable way; 3) commit to serving transpeople who are of other minority groups and who are the most marginalised. In contrast to other trans NGOs, we’re vocal about human rights, we adopt an intersectional approach, we’re knowledgeable in trans-related policies at international levels & have good relationships with key players in the CSO space in Asia and beyond. We also invest great efforts into ‘soft’ areas such as community building, peer support online & offline, public education etc as they are essentially complementary to ‘hard’ legal changes. In 2022, we launched a successful multi-media campaign ‘Transmen in Hong Kong’, which was well received locally and abroad and widely reported. We’ve been interviewed by Nikkei, Reuters, ABC (Australia), Washington Post, BBC, TIME Magazine, AP news, Pink News, Tatler, South China Morning Post, i-Cable, Ming Pao, Why Not (Chinese online media), the Young Post, Now Channel, Yahoo, the China File (in Italian), Hong Kong Free Press, HK01, AM730, Commercial Radio (prime time shows 光明頂, 在晴朗的一天出發), RTHK, the Collective etc. We were featured in documentaries and podcasts such as the BBC and TVB large productions. We’re a main force behind East Asia’s trans and LGBTI+ movement, in particular regarding legal gender recognition.

Grace Bridge Christian Church Company Limited
Human ServicesReligion RelatedWe are living in a busy world where full of stress and pressure coming from study, work, family, sickness, relationship, rejection, hardship etc and so on. A rough estimation that there are at least 60% of people in Hong Kong has some degree of depression, or other problems. The real problem is that where they can find support an a place to rest and being accepted just as they are? Jesus said : [Come onto me, all you that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.] (Matt 11:28) The word "church" came from the Greek word "ek-kle-si-a", a short definition means "assembly ", of people gathering together and not refer to a building alone. Therefore, the reason for Grace Bridge to have a base is to gather people to help and support each other through the love and teaching of God, so that we can be rested upon and being healed. And, when we are healed, we too can help others to be healed, this is what we call "life affecting life", and this is our "church".
