Emperor Foundation was established in 1997 to promote sustainable development, improve harmony and unity in our social fabric, and encourage the holistic health of body and soul. The Foundation has worked with various organizations to organize and participate in activities for different charity causes that include education, medical, culture and environment, with a strong focus on education. Besides “Emperor Foundation Scholarship” for each of the twelve registered tertiary institutionsin Hong Kong and primary school in Mainland, the Foundation has made donations to other education funds in the Mainland, including the “Ministry of Justice, PRC Education Fund”, “China University of Political Science and Law – C.U.P.L. Dr. Albert Yeung Education Fund”, “Peking University Education Foundation” and “Xiamen Education Fund” for students with either excellent academic results or underprivileged family background. Coupled with its financial support, the Foundation has also been leveraging volunteer manpower from the Group’s staff to organise or facilitate various charity activities round the year both in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

The Buddha-Dharma Centre of Hong Kong Ltd. (BDCHK) was established in April 2012. The primary aims of the Centre are to promote the study and research of Buddhism through academic courses and publications, and to integrate Buddhist study and spiritual praxis. Enrolment to its academic programmes will be open to local as well as students from abroad and from both the lay and sangha communities. It will also conduct regular seminars, lectures and conferences and organize related activities which will be open to the general public. The founding members of the Centre are a group of post-graduate students of the Centre of Buddhist Studies of the University of Hong Kong and Venerable Professor KL Dhammajoti, who is currently the Glorious Sun Endowed Professor in Buddhist Studies of The University of Hong Kong. BDCHK is a self-funded institution of higher education which relies on the generous support of donors and benefactors. It is a charitable organization registered under section 88 Inland Revenue Ordinance, Cap. 112 Laws of Hong Kong. (Any cash donation above HK$100 is tax-deductible.) We strive to integrate study with practice in accordance with the doctrine of the five spiritual faculties (pañcendriya): faith, vigour, mindfulness, equipoise and wisdom.

本協會抱著創會口號⋯⋯（睦群匯聚，心繫更生）為宗旨，凝聚一班熱心社會公益事務的社會賢達，為更生人士重投社會作出努力，及對社會各界人士、青少年、學生，傳遞助更生概念及遠離罪案資訊。 ​ 架構成員具備多年來助更生工作體驗及成果，累積總結成新思維、新方向。從宣揚助更生理念、地區融和活動、聯絡僱主提供工作崗位等助更生理念，蛻變為向學界灌輸助更生，防微杜漸，正本清源，通過教育，深化助更生的層次，從而與懲教署及社會善團攜手合作，共建和諧社會。 舉辦活動如下 : • 在有需要及在相關部門轉介下，為更生人士提供更生就業輔導指引或安排，冀重返社會後，能自食其力，改過自身，成為良好公民。 • 專業架構成員到中學演講有關預防罪案及懲教工作最新資訊。 • 徴文比賽，針對性為相關更生微電影觀後感作文比賽，目標是中學生，其目的是透過更生微電影內容中得悉犯罪得到的懲罰。 • 架構專業導師向院所在囚人士提供輔導及培訓。 • 帶領中學生參觀懲教院所。 • 舉辦午間茶聚推動助更生訊息，對象是中學校長，老師及商界人士。 • 粵劇，話劇，競步比賽等籌欵活動捐獻用於在囚人士教育基金，讓有上進心的在囚人士得到較高層次教育，為將來刑滿出獄時多一份工作保障。

Founded end of 2012, Anu Mongolia Charity is a volunteer-based trust registered in Hong Kong which works towards equal opportunities for vulnerable children in the North-Western region of Mongolia, in the form of educational interventions. To date, Anu Mongolia Charity has implemented two projects; the improvement of a school of 300 children and a mobile school initiative. The interventions of the trust are initiated by the community and encourage local capacity and resources.
