- 我們的故事 「樂信兒童醫療及教育基金會」為基督教非牟利慈善機構，創辨人是一名熱心投身慈善活動的基督徒，並確信聖經裏的教導：教養孩童，使他走當行的道，就是到老他也不偏離。(箴言22:6) 並憑着 「信、望、愛」的理念，於2005年成立了專為兒童而設的醫療及教育基金，資助不同的慈善公益項目，包括：慈善高爾夫球比賽、慈善家訪送贈禮品予有需要人士、惜食堂、助學計劃、福音戒毒工作、贊助大學進行醫療研究及教育項目、贊助癌症病患者購買醫療器材及治療。基金會的創辨人更身體力行參與聯合國兒童基金會的前線救助行動，親身接觸災區學童。 機構以基督精神，喜悅孩童的心為根基，希望透過不同渠道及活動，幫助低收入及綜援家庭兒童讓他們能夠身心健康、快樂地成長。 願景 教養孩童，使他走當行的道，就是到老他也不偏離。 使命 推動社區教育 落實推動社區教育，將遊戲文化及其重要性帶入家庭，為家長提供有效並可實踐的方法，幫助孩子心理健康得以平衡發展，以減低因情緒引致的兒童精神病症。 和諧有愛家庭 為就讀主流及受資助的幼兒園、幼稚園、小學兒童提供及早介入早期發展服務和家長情緒支援輔導，以建立「和諧有愛家庭」，促進社會和諧及共融。 輔助孩子成長 以「兒童為本」理念，通過遊戲輔助孩子成長，協助特殊需要的兒童或低收入及綜援的家庭個案作治療及輔導。
