The Asian Foundation for the Prevention of Blindness (AFPB) came into existence in October 16, 1981 during the visit of Sir John Wilson, the President of the International Agency for Prevention of Blindness and the Founder Director of the Royal Commonwealth Society for the Blind. Sir John conceived and organized global efforts to bring under control diseases which cause blindness among approximately 40 million people in the developing world.
"Silver Go" Service Limited is a registered charitable institution in Hong Kong, recognised under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. The organisation is dedicated to serving the elderly community. It provides supportive programs such as its 'Worry-Free Services' to enhance the well-being and peace of mind for seniors.
