- 溯自1950年，九龍城東頭村木屋區大火，政府劃地讓災民自行興建房屋居住，命名「博愛村」1 。而「博愛佈道所」由香港浸信會聯會建立，及後1954年移交與九龍城潮語浸信會作牧養發展。1971年，政府清拆博愛村，當時大部份兄姊被調遷至慈雲山屋邨居住。1972年，教會獲安排於慈雲山第1座2至4號三個約一仟四佰餘呎的單位作為堂址，恢復聚會。 1978年成立臨時執事會，並選出執事協助發展聖工；並於1985年12月8日成立教會，定名為「博愛潮語浸信會」。1991年，成功向浸信聯會申請在鳳德村碧鳳樓地下開辦自修室及建立基址，定名「博愛潮語浸信會鳳德堂」，鳳德堂基址於2016年1月1日自立為「博恩浸信會」。由於慈雲山重建工程，本會第一座的自修室於1993年換取東頭村振東樓地下續辦自修室及建立第二個基址，定名為「博愛潮語浸信會東頭堂」。 現時教會之會友總人數約九百人，母堂設有週六及主日早、午堂三堂崇拜，東頭堂設有主日早、午堂兩堂崇拜，兩堂每週出席成人崇拜總人數約有五百人。母堂是傳統型教會，各年齡層均勻。兒童、青少年、長者以團契及主日學模式牧養，青年、成人則以小組模式牧養。近年教會著力開拓福音事工，成立香港基督少年軍第300分隊，為本區幼稚園與小學生培養基督的品格，學習服從、虔誠、紀律及自愛等生命質素。並於2014年成立「博愛潮語浸信會家庭服務中心」，以基督愛人的精神服務鄰舍，努力在本區傳揚福音。東頭堂是小組型教會，以自修室服務居民，並加入由多間非政府組織（Non-Governmental Organization）組成「東頭珍惜生命聯盟」（簡稱東盟），一同致力建立融和、正向及鄰里守望的社區。東頭堂藉著分齡牧區來發展。教會群體青年人佔多，以小組作傳福音與栽培事工。 主恩實在浩大，祈求祂的恩手繼續帶領博愛潮語浸信會前進。感謝 神對教會的恩典，回顧過去所走過的里程，同時面向未來的歲月，我們深願教會更能體會父 神的心意，弟兄姊妹要繼繼勇往直前，以作成主的事工為念。「 神能照著運行在我們心裏的大力，充充足足的成就一切超過我們所求所想的。但願祂在教會中，並在基督耶穌裏，得著榮耀，直到世世代代，永永遠遠。阿們！」（弗3:20-21）

FOCUS aims to improve educational and life outcomes of children with AD/HD and SpLD by expanding understanding and raising awareness of what it means to have a mind that learns differently Our mission is is to improve the education of mainstream students who are challenged by Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) by providing accurate evidence-based information, practical strategies and support to parents and professionals in education and healthcare and by improving understanding of how learning differences impact youth both emotionally and academically.
