Description: Care For Your Heart is the first community-based cardiac patients self-help association established as a charitable organization in 1995. We established the Cardiac Patients Mutual Support and Resource Center in 1998 and moved to The Centre (Central) as the venue in 2001. We aim to promote mutual support and self-help among cardiac patients in tackling heart health and psychosocial problems, and to promote cardiac health for the patients and the public.; For over 25 years FOCUS has been a trusted resource for Hong Kong parents, educators and medical professionals seeking to learn how to better support the academic and social lives of children with mainstream learning differences. FOCUS aims to improve educational and life outcomes of children with AD/HD and SpLD by expanding understanding and raising awareness of what it means to have a mind that learns differently Our mission is is to improve the education of mainstream students who are challenged by Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) by providing accurate evidence-based information, practical strategies and support to parents and professionals in education and healthcare and by improving understanding of how learning differences impact youth both emotionally and academically.
