Over the past decade, CareER has established the largest talent pool and alumni network for tertiary-educated individuals with disabilities in Hong Kong through its pioneering and award-winning Member System, Employer system and CareER Disability Inclusion Index, supporting people with disabilities to showcase their full potential and become independent, contributing members of society.
