- 香港合資格慈善團體 – 志永儍瓜儍狗特工隊基地在2011年由獨立義工志永隊長創辦，宗旨「關愛遍地，共享藍天」：每個生命都值得公平對待，共享愛與關懷。志永儍瓜儍狗特工隊基地有兩個動物護理中心：愛浪奇蹟領養中心（LSMAC）和關愛家護動物中心（PHS），一共住著大約120隻動物。基地承諾無論前境如何，都會讓寶寶們的生活充滿愛與關懷。 Our Missions 拯救：藍天狗狗小行動 對流浪動物而言，不傷害、一餐飯一口水、協助絕育、社交平台分享等都能帶來很大的改善。「藍天狗狗小行動」為流浪動物提供食物、藥物、小型TNVR和尋家的機會。隊長藉著身體力行及個案分享，希望各人出一點綿力，讓浪浪們活下去。善良是一種選擇，請支持「藍天狗狗小行動」！
