- 文化更新研究中心（簡稱「文更」）是一個非牟利、非政治的文化學術機構。1993年，梁燕 城博士在加拿大與一群關心中國的海外華人，希望東西方世界能透過中西學術文化上的交流，使各自優秀的傳統、價值、哲理等互相融和以更新彼此。又以「文化中國」理念團結各地華人，在各地發揚中國文化智慧的同時，以愛和服侍的信念去更新中西方文化。1994年，文化更新研究中心在加拿大成立，並註冊為慈善機構；其後工作發展到世界各地，於1996年在三藩市成立美國文更、在1999年成立香港文更並設立中國香港辦公室。 宗旨 文更的宗旨是透過學術與文化對話交流，一方面研究中國當代文化最新發展的脈搏，以探索其未來動向；另一方面促進其與西方的精神文化、靈性修養，及當代文化思潮等交流和融會，以期形成中西文化的互相理解交融，創造新精神資源以更新自己，在中國日益走向世界的時刻，以這新中國文化貢獻和影響全球，成為人類未來豐富的精神資源。
