香港中文大學校友慈善基金根據香港公司條例(第622章)在2016年3月2日註冊的擔保有限公司，已獲香港稅務局批准為免稅慈善團體享受免稅優惠並受稅局監管，增強公信力。此外，基金董事均由中大校友出任，並邀請兩位中大教授出任獨立董事，除增強透明度和起制衡外，亦可聽取獨立意見，另外，基金採用良好管治守則操作並以廉政公署編制的 Governance and Internal Control in Non-Governmental Organizations作指引，希望能：
- 推動中大人回饋母校和社會的精神
- 致力促成具意義計劃所需資源配對
- 鼓勵公益慈善捐獻，包括專業,時間和資金

"Silver Go" Service Limited is a registered charitable institution in Hong Kong, recognised under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. The organisation is dedicated to serving the elderly community. It provides supportive programs such as its 'Worry-Free Services' to enhance the well-being and peace of mind for seniors.
