- One important goal of the Goethe-Institut Hongkong is to promote international cultural cooperation by organising a broad variety of events to present German culture abroad. We offer sophisticated language programmes. The various examinations of the Goethe-Institut are worldwide approved. The information centre of the Goethe-Institut Hongkong serves as a resource for those interested in contemporary Germany and political & social aspects in Germany. Books and media are available for all who are interested in Germany or who want to study or teach German. In the context of library cooperation we are in close cooperation with library and information institutions in Hongkong, China and Germany to promote the professional exchange.
