HRCA is an approved charitable institution in Hong Kong set up in 2015 with a dedicated online digital platform mainly targeting young-olds (aged 50+) and providing re-employment service, recruitment events and career advisory service and sports training etc. Through utilizing our services, young-old can establish their retirement and life goals. On the one hand, they can make good use of their valuable experience and expertise to contribute to society. On the other hand, they can exercise more to attain physical fitness and good health to achieve an amazing second life and higher recognition in society. In the mean time, we aim to increase awareness and acceptance of aged 50+ workplace; encourage employers to support and actively hire aged 50+. Therefore, HRCA accredits organizations that have implemented age-friendly measures as "50+ Age-Friendly Employers" and achieve towards their ESG objectives while organizing workshops aimed at enhancing operational capabilities, offering consultation on age-friendly workplace transformation , hosting job fairs, and providing professional and relevant assistance to organizations and corporates.
For over 25 years FOCUS has been a trusted resource for Hong Kong parents, educators and medical professionals seeking to learn how to better support the academic and social lives of children with mainstream learning differences. FOCUS aims to improve educational and life outcomes of children with AD/HD and SpLD by expanding understanding and raising awareness of what it means to have a mind that learns differently Our mission is is to improve the education of mainstream students who are challenged by Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) by providing accurate evidence-based information, practical strategies and support to parents and professionals in education and healthcare and by improving understanding of how learning differences impact youth both emotionally and academically.
