- HKALPS is formed by a group of professionals including those from Arts sector, Social Enterprise sector and Green sector, who share the vision of creating a unique SPACE in the three sites underneath the Kwun Tong Bypass for ARTS, LAND and PEOPLE. We aim at meeting the changing community needs in Hong Kong with a starting point at our project “VESSEL” in Kwun Tong. We are devoted to making our City more livable, productive and innovative; AND to cultivate creative processes by means of arts, culture, green living and community engagement. We invite you to join us in arts, green living and community building under a different sky. It is an experience of cultivation, discovery and impact.
