- 長者家為一所提供免費安老院轉介的社會企業，自 2005年成立以來多次獲獎，服務備受肯定；擁有多年跟進長者個案，以及服務配對經驗，提供專業意見協助護老者作出精明選擇。 費用全免 整個安老院轉介服務過程，我們都不會向長者及家人收取任何費用。這是源於我們的創辦理念，是希望不論貧富的長者和家人，都同樣可以得到協助，不會因為經濟問題，而無法使用我們的服務。 協助申請資助 我們協助家庭經濟有困難的長者，申請各項資助，避免家屬因財政壓力而令長者得不到合適的照顧，藉此減低家人的財政及心理壓力。 服務流程 長者及其家人可以運用長者家的網站系統或致電長者家的個案主任，尋找合適的安老院舍。長者家的個案主任亦會了解長者情況及需要，陪同長者及其家人約見合適之院舍，親身參觀，由選擇，約見，參觀，入住和跟進，保障長者的利益。

FOCUS aims to improve educational and life outcomes of children with AD/HD and SpLD by expanding understanding and raising awareness of what it means to have a mind that learns differently Our mission is is to improve the education of mainstream students who are challenged by Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) by providing accurate evidence-based information, practical strategies and support to parents and professionals in education and healthcare and by improving understanding of how learning differences impact youth both emotionally and academically.
