Description: HASS Lab is currently part of the Hong Kong Institute of Aesthetic Education. Founded independently by visual artist Pak Sheung Chuen and cultural producer Cherry Chan in 2022, HASS Lab is a collective of artists and cross-disciplinary producers dedicated to promoting art and artist thinking as new ways of understanding and valuing society. Working with educators, social workers, and community partners, HASS Lab creates programmes that offer alternative perspectives on ability, success, and inclusion—especially for socially marginalised communities.
