The Hong Kong Social Workers Association was established in 1949 and registered as a "Limited Company" in 1975. The purpose of the Association is to "unite social workers and develop the profession". The purpose is to improve the professional standard of social work in Hong Kong, cultivate excellent professional ethics and codes, and provide advice to the relevant authorities on the professional status of social work and related social welfare policies.
The Association is a member of the International
Federation of Social Workers and The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. They are targeting Hong Kong social workers and Social work students studying in colleges and universities.
"Silver Go" Service Limited is a registered charitable institution in Hong Kong, recognised under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. The organisation is dedicated to serving the elderly community. It provides supportive programs such as its 'Worry-Free Services' to enhance the well-being and peace of mind for seniors.
