We envision a world where every child has access to a quality education, and that starts with literacy. The Library Project improves children’s literacy by donating libraries and books, training teachers, and engaging parents to create supportive reading environments. Our programs empower communities to nurture a love of learning and strengthen literacy from the classroom to the home. We operate globally through partnerships with local literacy-focused nonprofit organizations. This approach keeps our operating costs low, ensures programs are culturally relevant, and supports local capacity building within each community we serve. We encourage you to support our organizational efforts to change the world, one book at a time. All funds donated through Benevity will be directed toward The Library Project’s greatest needs.
