- YWAM Tuen Mun (operated by Master's Beauty (HK) Limited is a Hong Kong branch of Youth With A Mission International (YWAM). We are a team of young people that are full-time volunteers from all over the world who come to Hong Kong to help provide a better tomorrow for people trapped in the poverty cycle. We partner with charitable organisations, companies, schools and NGOs to serve the community and empower the marginalized. At YWAM Tuen Mun, we aim to better society by building partnerships with donors and charities to alleviate poverty and food waste, as well as to provide social integration for the needy through outreach projects, events and one-on-one interaction. Through our food bank, we distribute donated and surplus food and goods to those in need in Hong Kong, with a focus on the elderly-at-risk, street sleepers, cardboard collectors and low-income families.
- For over 25 years FOCUS has been a trusted resource for Hong Kong parents, educators and medical professionals seeking to learn how to better support the academic and social lives of children with mainstream learning differences. FOCUS aims to improve educational and life outcomes of children with AD/HD and SpLD by expanding understanding and raising awareness of what it means to have a mind that learns differently Our mission is is to improve the education of mainstream students who are challenged by Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) by providing accurate evidence-based information, practical strategies and support to parents and professionals in education and healthcare and by improving understanding of how learning differences impact youth both emotionally and academically.
