The Global Chinese Breast Cancer Organizations Alliance was founded in 2006 by a group of breast cancer survivors and registered as a not-for-profit charitable organization in 2016. We are dedicated to support breast cancer patients, promote breast health education, advocating for prevention and treatment of breast cancer. We are a platform that connect all Chinese Breast Cancer groups worldwide to mitigate the threat of breast cancer on Chinese women. “Pink Angel Service” is a unique and FREE OF CHARGE service launched by GCBC in 2017, through which breast cancer survivors offer supports to newly diagnosed patients during treatment, offering companionship, telephone hot line and sharing their experiences to relieve their anxiety and stress. The Service has received recognition and was awarded “The Social Capital Builder logo” by the Hong Kong Labour and Welfare Bureau for multiple consecutive years.

The Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council (the Welfare Council) walks in the footsteps of the Son of Peace, working hand in hand with churches and schools while actively engaging with all sectors of society. We walk alongside the disadvantaged, providing services and assistance to those in need, demonstrating Christ's love, and collaborating to build a loving society. Established in 1966, the Welfare Council has provided a wide range of social services, from caring for infants and toddlers to supporting the elderly, from promoting physical and mental health to offering rehabilitation care, from community support to residential care, from life education to end-of-life care, from social work intervention to interdisciplinary team collaboration. Additionally, we provide food assistance, community living room, and transitional housing to grassroots families. The Welfare Council currently operates over 200 service units and member agencies across Hong Kong, Macau, and Guangzhou, creating a comprehensive and close-knit service network. We offer personalised services and holistic care to those in need, helping them to “transform life, live in abundance”.

The association believes that the combination of drug treatment, personal counseling, and support groups is the most effective way to treat depression. The mission of the Dance with Depression Association is to provide support and assistance to individuals suffering from depression and their families. We have collaborated with a number of organizations, e.g. educational institutions, corporates, and NGOs for experiential programs or giving sharing on the concepts of “barrier-free society”, “accessibility”, and “social inclusion”. Our highlighted experiential programs currently include “Wheel We Meet? 滾動相遇”, “Wheel We Hike? 滾動上山“, and “Wheel To Beach 滾動落海”.
