HealthUnknown/Unclassified本會創立於 2003 年 4 月,於 2004 年獲香港稅務局認可成為慈善團體。 本會自成立以來,以: (1)積極鼓勵及支持女性關心並參與社會發展 (2)培養女性自信、自強、自立、自主的能力 (3)促進社區健康教育及社會福利事業,尤其是長者服務 (4)致力促進社會和諧安定 (5)關心年青人,推動年青人實現夢想,鼓勵他們關心社區事務並對社會作出貢獻 為宗旨 自創會至 2018年09月底,共籌辦及參與超過 600 項活動及服務,入會人數超過 2,000人,印證本會致力推動女性參與社區服務,促進社會和諧安定的工作成果得到了各界的認同。 香港社會有很多需要照顧的人,所需要的服務範圍很廣,要做的工作很多。總結數年來的經驗和成果,本會為未來服務訂下了三個方向: 1. 對於推動女性工作,希望能為女性計劃一些深層及持續的服務,輔助有需要的女性去解決目前問題外,亦能提昇她們自立、自主的能力;並藉著凝聚女性力量,再去幫助有需要的人士,共同創造融洽和諧社區。 2. 對於推動社區服務,本會樂意將過去籌辦一些服務及活動的經驗,與其他非牟利團體一起分享,並主動與它們合作舉辦社區服務及活動,共同提昇社區服務質素及層面。 3. 對於健康教育事務,本會將透過籌辦更多健康講座及檢查服務,更緊密的推廣健康訊息,盡力協助政府將整個香港變成健康城市。
