In 2007, Pastor Stephen Ogwu (Then serving as a Pastor with the Deeper Christian Life Ministry Hong Kong), embraced the vision of DICA, having received same calling from God,became motivated to join the DICA worldwide family, This lead to the establishment of DICA in Hong Kong in 2007. The preaching of this message (establishing ministries and releasing destines), has gathered and is continuously gathering people with the common desire to serve the Lord Jesus Christ. Our Vision& Mission: Establishing Ministries and Releasing Destinies through the preaching of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ being the power of God unto salvation to all that believe.

Public and Societal BenefitReligion Related本教會由瑞典宣教士艾喜德教士 Madam Asta NILSSON於一九五六年連同數名華人信徒創辦。艾教士幼年從宣教士口中得悉中國福音需要,在一九四六年毅然前赴中國陝北地區進行開荒佈道。及後,由於 政局轉變,在一九五一年返回家鄉等候。神讓艾教士在一九五四年再度東來參與在港的難民福音工作。艾教士及一些華人信徒有見土瓜灣區居民不但逼切需要福音, 亦需要獲得教育,同心於一九五六年創立教會及辦學,伯大尼學校便開始為土瓜灣區的清貧子弟作出服侍,直至港府提供九年免費教育,伯大尼學校才告暫停。除本 堂長老錢衛樑長老為伯大尼學校的畢業生外,其他畢業生均為本港的發展作出重要貢獻。為著配合教會的發展需要及拓展青少福音事工,本教會於一九九二年遷往同區之馬頭圍道德信商場聚會至今。
