Cambodian Children's Fund (Hong Kong) Limited
EducationHealthWe believe that with the right education and support, one child has the potential to lift an entire family out of poverty and that a generation of educated children has the power to change a whole society. Through intensive, long-term investments in children, CCF is helping students build the skills, confidence and integrity they need to become the progressive spokespeople and leaders of change in their communities. Since 2004, we’ve been working with some of the most impoverished communities in Cambodia, centred around the former garbage dump at Steung Meanchey. Back then, our world revolved around the health and wellbeing of 45 children living on the garbage dump. Today there are around 2,000 students working towards a better future for themselves and their families through CCF’s award winning education program. The garbage dump was closed in 2009. However the need for CCF’s services continues as Steung Meanchey remains an entry-point into Phnom Penh for destitute families with no option but to try and make a living through scavenging or begging on the city streets. Through a range of programs that focus on 6 core areas – Education, Leadership, Community Outreach, Healthcare, Childcare and Vocational Training – we take a holistic, on-the-ground approach to developing integrated solutions to the complex issues of poverty.

Brighton College Hong Kong Charitable Foundation Limited
We create programs and apps for struggling teens to connect with support and to help schools to reach out to vulnerable students. Our flagship program is the Know My Students online mental health screening solution. We've adapted clinical-grade psychological tools as a friendly interactive story and applied machine learning analysis to enhance mental health risk prediction. Our tool can be deployed to hundreds of students simultaneously, and schools get a detailed profile for the at-risk students so they can provide the most appropriate care. Why do students like sharing their feelings through the Know My Students tool? They tell us it is because unlike any other survey or questionnaire about mental health, the way we approach the topic and ask the questions shows care, understanding, and that we've been through these challenges as well. Read more about Know My Students below, or visit the Know My Students website here: www.knowmystudents.com to sign up and we'll be happy to share how we can help your school and your students!

Bloom Association Hong Kong Limited
Environment and AnimalsBLOOM Association Hong Kong (BLOOM HK) was established on 8th June 2009 World Ocean Day, as a locally based NGO to carry out research, campaign and education work related to topics of marine conservation. While sharks and the shark fin trade have been from the very start a core focus of BLOOM HK's research and programmes, and continues to remain so, our work has since grown to give attention to other topics that are also of pressing conservation significance in Hong Kong, including the live reef food fish trade, sustainable seafood, trade in mobulid gill plates, and local marine biodiversity conservation and research. Apart from conducting scientific research projects such as the 114°E Hong Kong Reef Fish Survey Survey, BLOOM HK also strives to educate not only students and the general public, but also the key stakeholders in each marine issue to drive positive change. It is our core belief that while we are often part of the problem in marine conservation issues, we can also make the choice to be a part of the solution.
