Inclusive Business Foundation Limited
Human ServicesInclusive Business Foundation (IBF) aims to build a diversified ecosystem for nurturing future leaders of global citizenship and creating inclusive opportunities, hence addressing the systemic poverty and rich-poor gap issues. This is a global platform built upon glocal partnerships across different sectors, world-class universities, businesses, and industries. We believe in "Life upon Life" (生命影響生命). Working closely with Inclusive Business Lab (IBL), a global community and platform for the next generation, IBF aims to create new inclusive opportunities and innovative ideas across different disciplines for the next generation, while developing their value system, life purpose, discover themselves and be prepared for future challenges, through different leadership-in-action opportunities and activities like Training the Trainers Leadership Roundtables, Inclusive Music BeatiConcert, Machine Learning Arts BeatiExhibition, Global Inclusive STEM+ Leadership Weeks, etc. We hope to bring positive impact on our next generation from all backgrounds and make the world a better place. Since its inception in 2014, the program has impacted more than 38,000 young people and has worked with more than fifty-five partner schools and universities in China & Hong Kong, Asia, UK, and globally. More than 95% experienced self-discovery, learning that they can be more creative. While 97% feel that they are more ready for new challenges, inspired to make a difference to the world. The program has been recognised as “truly an education of the twenty-first century”, and expects to benefit 25,000 next generation directly and millions indirectly over the next 5 years. This is Economy for Everyone. Inequality and the extreme wealth gap are global issues. Creating jobs alone is no longer enough to tackle the problem. We need our next generation leaders to be inclusive and purpose-driven, to create wealth and economic growth to reach everyone! Through self-discovery and reflective thinking, experiential learning and global challenges, the platform devotes itself to support young people from all backgrounds to reflect and go deeper in their understanding of their value system, and to discover their purpose. With the global diversified ecosystem that we co-create with young people across the different cultures and disciplines, we empower them from all background to unleash their potential and grow to be global leaders who are ethical, purpose-driven, and global-minded. We are Inclusive! Everyone is unique and has infinite value. We hope to inspire next generation to see greater possibilities, motivates them to pursue a purpose greater than themselves, and empowers them to recognise and build on their individual passion, personal strength and unique gift and reach beyond their own immediate success towards significance within the local and global community. Cross-cultural collaboration and social mixing would help to cultivate a love of service to the community and to the wider world, encourage mutual respect and intercultural understanding, while developing the communication skills necessary to forging true global cooperation. The program seeks to support leaders of the future, including those from less affluent regions, to step onto the global stage. Global Inclusive Leadership Program The Global Inclusive Leadership Program aims to develop the next generation of inclusive leaders who are ethical, purpose-driven and global-minded, and focuses on young people from 14 to 35 years of age. Such program is based on a strong set of values which are the drivers in the development of character. Experience of the program encourages self-discovery and enables skills to develop which help the next generation to discover their purpose and vision. It reflects a holistic approach to education in which learning involves not only the head, but also the heart, and in which ideas and sentiments are backed up by action, experience and reflective thinking, resulting in a higher level of thinking and a deeper, richer and more rounded understanding. To help young people to build a stronger inner self, to gain confidence and self-worth, so as to embrace the challenges and cope with uncertainties ahead, we continue to expand the platform despite the global pandemic, and have engaged with more than a thousand youths globally online and face-to-face over the year, through the Training the Trainers Leadership Roundtables and a wide range of leadership-in-action activities. Our young people stories of unconditional love, forgiveness, humility, positive attitude, competence, integrity, personal growth, life of significance and purpose are rich in meanings. Many were turned into music and podcasts, and have inspired many, not only locally, but also further afield globally. https://inclusivebusinesslab.vids.io/videos/4d9edeb01a1cecc9c4/gilp_ttlr_forgiveness-humility-personal-growth-mp4 Inclusive Music is led by young people, artists, musicians and scientists. The program in the making is leadership-in-action. What would the world look like when we have leaders who love and give to others? The challenge we are facing across the world will have grave impact on our next generation. The divide in society and conflict in the world also highlight the universal issues and urgent need of a good-value system, mutual respect and understanding among different cultures and social backgrounds. Young people today will shape our societies tomorrow. Let love drive out fear and hate. Let’s bring hope to our young people. Let’s make every city in the world a place where young people from anywhere can dream and work together. With yours, and our partners from across all sectors and different parts of the world, we can create a global community for young people, a platform for nurturing future leaders of global citizenship.
