About

Description
The Amber Foundation is based in Hong Kong and is the charitable arm of a locally based, Canadian family with deep roots in the city. Our mission is to provide support for a variety of underserved communities in Hong Kong and across South Asia. The Amber Foundation has two major projects: 1) Environmental Project: rescuing and repurposing airline kit and hotel toiletries for street sleepers, women in shelters, refugees, and the elderly in Hong Kong; and 2) EMPOWER: providing scholarships and workshops to build a business network for ethnic minority women in university.
"Yes I Can" Education Fund Limited is a charity dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through transformative overseas experiences. The organisation provides scholarships for students to participate in a one-year high school exchange program in the United States. This opportunity is designed to broaden their horizons, inspire them to see a future full of possibilities, and help them break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. The fund operates on the belief that when young people can see a future, they will not give up on themselves.
