The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, established by The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts Ordinance in 1984, is a leading tertiary institution for the performing arts in Asia. Our mission is is to improve the education of mainstream students who are challenged by Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD) by providing accurate evidence-based information, practical strategies and support to parents and professionals in education and healthcare and by improving understanding of how learning differences impact youth both emotionally and academically.
