About
- Description
- Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power is formed in 1995. We are registered Non-Government Organisation in Rehabilitation Service. Back then, our service target was mainly focused on physically handicapped persons. As the organization develops, we expanded our service toward the deaf persons, chronic patients and ex-mentally ill persons. We always strive to optimise the Hong Kong Government’s Policy in Rehabilitation, and to push forward the final goal of having a Barrier-Free Hong Kong. For our organisation we aim to promote the concept of inspiring disables to develop confidence and ability in self-dependent; over seventy percent of our full-time staffs are persons with disabilities.
