We always strive to optimise the Hong Kong Government’s Policy in Rehabilitation, and to push forward the final goal of having a Barrier-Free Hong Kong. For our organisation we aim to promote the concept of inspiring disables to develop confidence and ability in self-dependent; over seventy percent of our full-time staffs are persons with disabilities.
