CHRISTINA NOBLE CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION (HONG KONG) LIMITED, THE
Human ServicesBACKGROUND : Christina Noble formally established the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (CNCF) in 1991 in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) after arriving in Vietnam in 1989 and seeing firsthand the challenges faced by local children living in poverty. Born into the slums of Dublin, Ireland, Christina overcame the death of her mother at an early age and spent her childhood in dire circumstances—ultimately surviving years spent in orphanages and a period of homelessness on the streets of Dublin. Her difficult beginnings fueled her passion for children’s rights, to which she has dedicated her life. Since its inception, CNCF has established over 160 projects providing services to vulnerable children and their families. These projects have directly assisted over 900,000 children and collectively impacted the lives of over one million children and adults. In 1997, Christina extended the work of CNCF into Mongolia. CNCF has grown into a well-established, independent organization and an international partnership of charitable registrations, supported by local governing boards, to disseminate its message worldwide and support its programmatic goals. GOALS : CNCF provides humanitarian assistance to populations in Vietnam and Mongolia that have been profoundly affected by years of poverty and war. To date, over one million children and their families have been impacted by CNCF’s medical, educational, and community development programs. CNCF is dedicated to serving underprivileged children by helping each child maximize his or her life potential. Our programs in Vietnam and Mongolia seek to protect children at risk of economic and sexual exploitation, while ensuring these and other children in need have access to health and psycho-social care, and educational opportunities. Our programs operate within the context of the family and the community whenever possible, and always with love and respect for the dignity of each child as an individual. We also engage in sustainable development initiatives that benefit the families and wider communities of the children we support. Our organization aims to maintain our current programs that have been proven to bring about positive change in the communities served and seek out strategic opportunities for expansion and growth. In addition, we hope that our facilities and programs can continue to serve as models of high-quality, comprehensive social service in the countries in which we operate. CURRENT PROGRAMS : CNCF’s programs in Vietnam and Mongolia help at-risk and underprivileged children and their families by providing access to necessities such as healthcare, education, and community development. Vietnam Programs The Sunshine Social and Medical Centre (SSMC) is the focal point of CNCF’s operations in Vietnam. Christian Medical and Dental Fellowship of Hong Kong
Human ServicesPublic and Societal BenefitThe idea of establishing a local Christian Medical and Dental Fellowship was started in 1975 when a group of doctors and medical students attended the 5th International Congress of Christian Physicians. They were amazed by the strong fellowship and the effective witness of the Singapore medical group. They acquired the calling of forming a Fellowship in Hong Kong. Their vision was shared with many others resulting in the formation of the Interim Executive Committee in May 1976. After 5 months of preparatory work, the 1st Annual General Meeting was held in September when the Fellowship was officially found. At that time, it was called Christian Medical Fellowship (CMF). In 1988, it was renamed as The Christian Medical and Dental Fellowship of Hong Kong till now. It represents a group of people who believe in the same Christian doctrine and work in the same medical profession. Yet far more than that, we share the same faith, the same hope and the same love which leads to the same vision and mission in our service of medicine.

Christ for All Nations, Hong Kong Limited
Religion RelatedMaseru, Lesotho. The destination, in 1969, of a young German missionary named Reinhard Bonnke, his wife Anni and their baby son. The place where it all began as God shaped a young man of faith and began to mold the "character of faith" in him that would later challenge the devil across the entire continent of Africa and in scores of still undreamed-of places beyond. The Bonnke family spent seven long years in Maseru, doing traditional missionary work. But during those years the call to evangelism that burned in Reinhard’s soul took wings, until by repeated miracles and moves of the Holy Spirit, literally millions of men and women across the world have heard the good news of the Gospel through his anointed ministry. Back then, he would never have imagined the impact of his life and legacy on a generation of young evangelists to come!
