於1979年美國宣教士Pastor David Poling (龐大衛牧師)，被神呼召，夫婦二人同心和憑著信心，離開自己的家鄉 Florida (佛羅里達州)，從美國來中國香港事奉。1980年和幾位同工建立了「中國基督徒神學院」，並於1986年開始擔任「中國基督徒神學院」院長直至現在，特意提倡聖經原文學習，主要教授新約希臘文、舊約希伯來文、亞蘭文、及聖經背景，盡力栽培學生以聖經原文解讀經文。 其中1983-84年曾擔任「神召會神學院」希臘文講師，及1983-89年擔任「香港神學院」希臘文及舊約世界等學科講師，四十年來，以身作則，並致力用廣東話悉心栽培和訓練基督信徒為全職牧者、傳道和委身帶職事奉者，造就不少忠心事主的僕人，並在香港各教會事奉和廣傳福音給中國的同胞。 「中國基督徒神學院」創立40年，其獨特的使命，就是為香港教會信徒欲投身全時間事奉神的僕人，而設立夜間神學學士學位及文憑等課程；並提供教牧同工對聖經原文希臘文、希伯來文初級及高級課程，加強聖經之原文釋經教導；各聖經原文教授來自美國中部伊利諾州 (Lincoln Christian Seminary, Lincoln, IL.) ，同時，強調小班教學，歷年來已在香港造就了不少教牧同工和信徒在教會事奉。

Food Commons Foundation is a tax-exempt charity dedicated to tackling the problem of excessive leftover food and its social, environmental, and economic consequences. Our primary goal is to collect edible surplus food from sources such as markets and retailers, reducing landfill pressure and environmental pollution while redistributing nutritious food to those in need. We also explore innovative food up-cycling solutions to maximize the value of rescued food. By linking social welfare and environmental organizations, government, and the business sector, the Foundation strives to reduce waste, support communities, and create green job opportunities. We remain committed to a community-oriented approach, encouraging broad participation beyond a single funding source, and aim to extend food recovery efforts to all 18 districts of Hong Kong. Food Commons is the community-based resource network under the Foundation, fostering long-term collaboration among action groups, businesses, government, and public organizations to manage surplus food effectively. Since its beginnings as the Food Sharing Project in 2009, Food Commons has pioneered food recovery initiatives that combine environmental protection with community mutual aid. Operating as Food Commons Foundation Limited since 2015, we have rescued more than 11,373 metric tons of edible food, benefiting over 10.07 million people. Every HK$1 donation generates HK$6.5 worth of fresh food, supporting hundreds of grassroots families and elderly each week. With shifting government policies and the conclusion of our market recovery project, continued community support is critical to sustain this safety net and prevent fresh food from being discarded.

Founded by the British Council in 1979, Chung Ying Theatre Company (Chung Ying) became an independent non-profit company in 1982. Chung Ying is now one of Hong Kong's leading professional theatrical arts companies, financially supported by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and in receipt of generous sponsorship from individuals and the commercial sector. Led by Artistic Director Dominic Cheung, Chung Ying strives to enhance its adventurous core programme of live theatre with quality drama education and outreach programmes. 基督教中國佈道會聖道堂，是由陳開清長老、計志文牧師及沈保羅牧師等聖徒，於一九六四年創立的。當年他們有感於尖沙咀區沒有國語教會，因而靠着神的恩，租用尖沙咀柯士甸道正安大廈四樓，開荒建立本堂。首次主日祟拜聚會於一九六四年四月十九日。 教會初期的牧者是沈保羅牧師，後來又有孫約翰牧師、貝福音牧師、唐約翰牧師等牧者先後在本堂牧養事奉，陳開清長老亦常常參予講臺及查經講道的事奉，期間教會蒙恩發展。 後來傅大衛牧師於一九七四年七月加入了聖道堂事奉。期間陳開清長老於一九七八年安息主懷，陳長老回天家之前，一直關心教會未有自置的物業，經常四出奔跑，尋找合適的堂址。他安息主懷後，其他執事終於為教會物色到尖沙咀金巴利道作為堂所，即現時堂址。 到了一九九八年九月，藉着全教會弟兄姊妹同心合意的祈禱仰望和盡力奉獻，本堂奇妙地與基督教興學會合作興辦了一間中學，就是位於大埔太和邨的迦密聖道中學，更於十一月在校園內開設了分堂，也就是迦密聖道堂。 多年來，神帶領不同的牧者在兩堂會服事，帶領教會，領人歸主，發展堂會。
