香港合資格慈善團體 – 志永儍瓜儍狗特工隊基地在2011年由獨立義工志永隊長創辦，宗旨「關愛遍地，共享藍天」：每個生命都值得公平對待，共享愛與關懷。志永儍瓜儍狗特工隊基地有兩個動物護理中心：愛浪奇蹟領養中心（LSMAC）和關愛家護動物中心（PHS），一共住著大約120隻動物。基地承諾無論前境如何，都會讓寶寶們的生活充滿愛與關懷。 Our Missions 拯救：藍天狗狗小行動 對流浪動物而言，不傷害、一餐飯一口水、協助絕育、社交平台分享等都能帶來很大的改善。「藍天狗狗小行動」為流浪動物提供食物、藥物、小型TNVR和尋家的機會。隊長藉著身體力行及個案分享，希望各人出一點綿力，讓浪浪們活下去。善良是一種選擇，請支持「藍天狗狗小行動」！

We live in a glitzy, fast-paced city, often caught up in the flurry of life with little time to pause and take stock of our well-being and those around us. Community Partner Foundation aims to empower a society that promotes health in body, mind and spirit. To us, empowerment is not just having the ability to handle the challenges in one’s life, but having the resolve to walk alongside, in spirit or with funding, those who are less able to do so. Thus, we have partnered with organizations that not only address physical and mental health issues, but also social service groups such as choirs and youth programmes that rejuvenate the soul.

Registered as a non-profit-making organization since October 1987, the Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association is committed to serving individuals with Down Syndrome, intellectual disabilities or other disabilities and their family members with integrated family support and vocational rehabilitation services. Our objective is to enable service users to develop their personal growth fully in every aspect of life, as well as to meet their employment and vocational training needs. In recent years, we have been expanding our social enterprises with a view of increasing vocational training and job opportunities for people with disabilities while promoting the concept of “social inclusion”.
