Consumers Acting for People and the Environment Limited (CAPE) is a non-profit organization that was established in 2003. In 2005, CAPE gained charitable status and has been tax-exempt under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Hong Kong). We are the first NGO in Hong Kong to emphasize the role of consumers in acting for environmental issues. While generally regarded as a green group, we define ourselves as a grassroots group that focuses on how modern consumption patterns have detrimental effects on the environment and on the lives of both modern and tribal peoples. The world is full of living beings of which the human race is only one species. However, our daily consumption exploits nature. Indigenous and traditional cultures recognize that they are but a part of a community of plant, animal, and spirit beings, and live in harmony with the land and the complex ecological systems upon which they depend. Our mission is to build a sense of responsibility and stewardship, thus shifting behavior towards responsible consumption.

Our mission is to protect the environment and save millions of lives by leading a global hygiene revolution to distribute recycled bars of soap to needy children and families in Asia and around the world. Clean the World Asia also eliminated needless waste from landfills and incineration plants which contaminate our precious land.

Founded by the British Council in 1979, Chung Ying Theatre Company (Chung Ying) became an independent non-profit company in 1982. Chung Ying is now one of Hong Kong's leading professional theatrical arts companies, financially supported by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and in receipt of generous sponsorship from individuals and the commercial sector. Led by Artistic Director Dominic Cheung, Chung Ying strives to enhance its adventurous core programme of live theatre with quality drama education and outreach programmes. 明珠佛學社創辦於 1966 年，由明慧法師及一群弟子所建立，以宏揚原始佛教教義為宗旨。本社於 1968 年開辦夜間佛學進修班，1972 年正式開辦佛學初階班，為本港最早開辦佛學課程的佛學團體之一。四十多年來，本社開設佛學課程不輟，除固定周日上午的佛學初階班、佛學中級班、經論研習班之外，更不定期舉辦各類專題講座，禮請不同界域專業人士蒞臨主講。 明珠佛學社除設立佛學班以宏揚佛教教理之外，亦曾經與香港佛教聯合會合辦「佛教明珠學校」以推行小學教育；本社也曾提供多年的「中醫贈診」服務。此外，更出版「明珠佛學社佛學叢書」，其中包括《般若波羅蜜多心經釋義》、《金剛經發微》、《中觀論頌選釋》、《般若心經對破讀》、《維摩經句解釋義》、《明珠佛學初階》、《心經透網》及《大嶼山誌》等。此等書籍可於本港佛教書局及各大書局選購。 本社另更印製有《明慧法師墨寶紀念集》、《書墨因緣四十年》、《明珠佛學社四十周年紀念》、《向於捨》等紀念集及書籍，免費與各界人士結緣。

Unlike other shelters, we provide more than temporary shelter and provisions. We provide case and medical support, as well as education and training for skills improvement, and advocacy. We are concerned with the totality of the person’s welfare. This already distinguishes us from the rest.

Asia Pacific Network For Health Systems Strengthening Limited

Asia Pacific Network for Health Systems Strengthening (ANHSS) was launched in 2009 to satisfy the growing need for a platform for knowledge improvement and exchange in health systems strengthening in the Asia region. The health system reforms carried out by the countries in the region often demand reference to evidence-based successful policies and programmatic innovation. In parallel, the country institutions command an increasing role in the region for capacity building and knowledge dissemination. As a result, ANHSS was initially established as a consortium style regional network to support knowledge transfer and capacity building. In August 2016 ANHSS underwent incorporation with the support of USAID to expand and better serve the Health Systems Strengthening needs of the Asian Pacific region. The goal of ANHSS is to assist the governments in the region to share experiences and lessons and offer in-depth knowledge and practical skills training in the various areas of health systems strengthening. It currently includes twelve member institutions. The objectives of the Network are to: - Empower health policy makers with cutting-edge knowledge on health systems strengthening and help them close the gap between technical knowledge, policy design and implementation. - Form a platform where health system reform lessons can be disseminated and shared among Asian countries. - Build the capacity of national institutions to become centers of excellence (CoE) in knowledge dissemination, and providing policy assistance to their government and the region.

The Asia Academy is a global organization that welcomes both ethnic Asian and non-ethnic Asian researchers and managers who are interested in management issues relevant to Asia. The mission of the Asia Academy is to assume global leadership in the advancement of management theory, research and education of relevance to Asia. In August 1997, more than 60 Academy of Management conference participants met and agreed to set up the Asia Academy of Management with the above mission. They endorsed the principle that the Asia Academy should be an independent organization run in Asia, with links to the Academy of Management and other scholarly organizations. The objective of the Asia Academy is thus to encourage contextualized management research with Asia relevance towards global contribution to scholarship.
